  • After the 24-hour window, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

  • Cancellations do not apply if the service has already been provided or accessed, as these are non-returnable digital services.

Refund Policy

 

  • Users are eligible to request a refund only within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be issued after this time frame.

  • Refunds will only be considered if there are valid technical issues, such as inability to access the course or club membership due to a platform error, and must be reported within the 24-hour window.

  • In case of any approved refunds, the process may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Content

 

  • For issues related to course content or membership access, please report them to our customer service team within 24 hours of purchase. Our team will review and address any issues if found to be valid.
